The 2026 ADR and FDR Summit brings together practitioners from across Australia to explore the real issues shaping our work. Our program covers everything from child inclusive practice and domestic and family violence, to cultural considerations, trauma informed approaches, neurodiversity, and managing complex family dynamics. We look at the challenges that come with high conflict matters, safety planning, online mediation, ethics and professional standards, as well as the practical skills needed around property, finances and parenting disputes.
